Intra oral cameras are very useful for observing and documenting condition of patient's teeth. As pictures of teeth are displayed in real time on a television monitor, the patient and the doctor may discuss individual conditions of teeth and decide appropriate course of treatment. No other device allows a patient to easily and accurately see the same thing that the dentist sees. Also, video may be printed to a video printer (not included) and then submitted to an insurance company or other people for documentation.

The following pictures show some clinical views of teeth, which are degraded by the process of photographing a low quality video monitor with a digital camera. The actual images are much better than those shown below, and contain a great amount of useful information.

Typically, in lost wax casting, a drying temperature of 300°F can be used, then a Maxwell to melt or burnout temperature of 600 can be used, then 800°, then on up to casting temperature at between 1100°F, for testing sterling silver, on up to 2000° with high temperature investments, for other materials.

Also, the last stages of the cycle can be going from a high temperature, for example if stage two is 2000°, for glass work, then stage 3 could bring down to, for example 800°, hold for four hours to anneal the glass, stage 4 could bring the oven down to ambient temperature, or about 100°, and hold for an hour, until everything is cool,and stress relieved.
