Motorized film viewer - $2,750 each

List: $11,620. MedCon: EX. Vidi viewer model 3000 motorized x-ray film viewer, made by diversified x-ray products. Units were new in 1993, and have sat unused in a warehouse since 1996.

Features:

• holds up to 200 full-sized (14 by 17 in.) x-ray films
• upper view bank holds four films for viewing
• lower bank holds up to 200 films, may be viewed four at a time
• upper bank of lights may be dimmed from off to full brightness, either individually or all the same time
• lower bank of lights has a hot light, which may be turned up or down
• has three film travel modes, continuous normal, continuous fast, and auto frame seek
• foot control moves from one set of four to the next set of four, either forward or backward
• unit has a collapsible work table in front, that may be lowered for moving unit through doorways
• on castors
• built-in storage on bottom of unit for films

400 film capacity motorized film viewer - $2,750 each

List: $19,600. MedCon: EX. Rad X panoramic motorized viewer, model 400 d. A high capacity, low profile motorized viewer that is easily moved in an office or hospital setting. These units are widely used in private radiologists offices, where a patient comes in with their own x-ray films, or the office is using film based x-ray systems.

Features:

• 400 film capacity, 200 films on top bank and 200 films on bottom bank .
• adjustable speed of retrieval.
• indexed positions, 1 - 50, for ease of retrieval
• each bank may be independently scrolled forward or reverse
• eight films may be viewed at one time.
• lights panel for each of eight films may be turned on and off independently
• fold-out working desk, that folds away for ease of storage
• may be plugged into any normal wall outlet, 110 VAC, 60 HZ.
• connections in back for foot control

Unit is on wheels, it will fit through almost any normal doorway in a hospital or office, and a normal elevator, without any special tools or dollies. Wired for 110 volts AC, will plug into any conventional wall outlet in North America, without special electrical requirements or special wiring.
